Child Support Formulas These formulas, developed without fathers’ input, are unbalanced, prevent or reduce access by economic means. No recognition of non-custodial parents costs. Increases were at the instigation of the Federal Department of Justice, not custodial parents.	Revisit the Child Support Formulas, this time with fathers’ input. Ensure the formula recognizes and encourages access and the costs therein. Make it just as easy to reduce child support in times of hardship as it is to increase. Measure and publish the judgments, by income and gender. Make the data available to academic research and critical analysis.
